Is Cuppy Orbit safe for my cat?

Yes. Orbit detects when your cat enters and only starts cleaning after your cat has left the box. We recommend it for cats over 1.5 kg.

Which litter can I use?

Any clumping litter works: bentonite clay or tofu litter. Non-clumping litter such as crystal or wood pellets is not suitable.

How often do I need to empty the drawer?

The 9L waste drawer holds several days of waste for one cat. The app shows you every cleaning cycle, so you always know when it is time.

Will my cat get used to it?

Most cats adapt within a few days. Tip: switch off automatic cleaning for the first days, add a little of their old litter, and let your cat explore Orbit at its own pace.

Does it work with multiple cats?

Yes. The spacious 65L drum is suitable for multi-cat households. The app logs every visit and weight, so you can follow each cat.

How loud is it?

Orbit runs quietly and cleans only after your cat has left, so it will not disturb your household.

What about the app?

Connect Orbit to your Wi-Fi and control it from your phone (iOS and Android): view visits, cat weight and cleaning cycles, and set your own cleaning schedule.
