Free shipping on every order within the EU.
Orders ship from our European warehouse and usually arrive within 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns
Not happy? Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be complete, clean and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email sales2@c-lp.be with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within one business day. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return.
Warranty
Every Cuppy product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
