30 days to change your mind
As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. At Cuppy you get 30 days. The period starts on the day you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, it starts when you receive the last one.
How to withdraw
Choose whichever is easiest:
- Use the online Withdraw from contract function: fill in your name and order number and confirm.
- Email a clear statement to sales2@c-lp.be.
- Use the model withdrawal form below (optional).
We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Sending the product back
Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. We email you the return address. The direct cost of returning the product is for you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item; in that case we pay. Handle the product only as you would in a shop. If it has lost value because you handled it more than needed to check what it is, how it works and what it looks like, we may deduct that loss in value.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product back, or until you show proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise, at no cost to you.
Size exchanges
Ordered the wrong size of a coat or bed? Tell us within 30 days and we will help you swap it for another size, as long as the product is unused.
Faulty or damaged products
Every product comes with the 2-year legal guarantee that applies in the EU. If a product is faulty or does not match what we promised, we repair or replace it, or if that is not possible, give you a price reduction or refund. Please tell us within 2 months of noticing the problem. Email sales2@c-lp.be with your order number and a photo. This does not affect your legal rights.
