1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed on cuppy.online. The seller is C-Light Projects BV, trading as Cuppy, Molenweg 132, 3660 Oudsbergen (Opglabbeek), Belgium, enterprise number 0834.221.180, VAT BE0834.221.180, email sales2@c-lp.be. More details are in our Legal Notice.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old. The shop is intended for consumers buying for personal use.
3. Products and information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photos come from our suppliers. Some illustrations, animations and texts on this website were created with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us; illustrations are for explanation only and are not photos of the product. If something in a description is unclear, ask us before you order.
4. How we work
We select products from manufacturers and have them shipped to you directly by the manufacturer or a fulfilment partner. We remain your seller and your point of contact for everything: delivery, withdrawal, returns and guarantee.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay (free within the EU). There are no hidden costs. Discounts apply as stated: the dog bundle discount (10% for 2 items, 15% for 3 or more from the dog range) is applied automatically in the cart. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. The contract
The contract is formed when you complete checkout and pay. You receive an order confirmation by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and refund you in full.

8. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to change your mind. Read our Refund Policy or use the online Withdraw from contract function.
9. Legal guarantee
All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Belgian law. See the Refund Policy for how to report a problem.
10. Liability
We are liable as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or for intent or gross negligence. Use products as described in the instructions, and supervise your pet with toys and grooming tools.

12. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at sales2@c-lp.be; we aim to solve every problem within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies, but you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the EU country where you live, and you may go to the courts of that country.
